He forcibly held the minor, with whom he is suspected of having an intimate

Durrës police have arrested a 33-year-old man who forcibly held a minor.

EZ forcibly kept a 15-year-old girl in the apartment, with whom he is suspected of having an intimate relationship, without allowing her to leave.

During the search of the apartment, a firearm, a pistol, and combat ammunition were found and seized as material evidence.

The arrested person is accused of domestic violence, unlawful deprivation of liberty and possession of combat ammunition.

A 33-year-old man was arrested in the act after he forcibly held a 15-year-old girl in his apartment, preventing her from leaving and exerting psychological violence against her.

During the intervention, the Police found a 33-year-old man in possession of a pistol with a silencer and combat ammunition.

The Durrës Police Commissariat and the operational services of the Durrës Local Police Directorate, after receiving a report that a citizen had forcibly held a 15-year-old girl, with whom he was suspected of having an intimate relationship, and was not allowing her to leave his apartment, exerting psychological violence against her, intervened, catching the citizen in the act and handcuffing him:

EZ, 33 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 14, Durrës.

During the intervention and search of the apartment, the Police services found a "Zastava" pistol with a silencer and combat ammunition on this citizen, which were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecution Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for the criminal offenses of "Domestic Violence", "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty" and "Unauthorized Possession of Weapons and Ammunition"./ CNA
