Veliaj's friend announces candidacy against Berisha

Evi Kokalari, one of the closest friends of the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has for years become an enemy of the Democratic Party, publicly insulting and cursing her. All this just to create protagonism, that she can be sold in America and be worth a few dollars.

Today, Kokalari announced her candidacy for the leadership of the Democratic Party, which announced this Monday that elections for the party's chairman will be held on May 23, requesting that they register her.

Only this lady of social media statuses and friend of Veliaj knows how to register a candidacy.

For a candidacy to be officialized, several criteria must be met, several signatures must be collected, and furthermore, an individual must be nominated in several structures, while Veliaj's candidate does this simply by appearing on 'Facebook'.
