DP leader Sali Berisha has reacted to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement regarding the Constitutional Court's decision on the appeal in the "Balluku" case.

According to Berisha, Rama vowed in the most irresponsible way that he would not disregard the Constitutional Court's decision.

The opposition leader said that Prime Minister Edi Rama lied when he said that it has never happened that a minister was suspended by the courts.

"Today, in Sunday's monologue, Edi Rama, in a panic and awe, vowed before you in the most irresponsible way that he will not disregard the decision of the Constitutional Court, since according to him, it has never happened that a minister has been suspended by the courts.

This is a fraud as big as Edi Rama himself. In the region, in Europe and in the world, courts have suspended not only ministers, but also prime ministers.

But in this decision of the Constitutional Court, he does not see a blow to Lubi Balluku, but sees the potential and possibility of his suspension as the nation's chief thief by the courts, since as you know, Lubia has made it clear to him that she will take him with her.

Today in his monologue, he threatened Europe, saying that the only alternative for Albania in Europe is us, the big thieves, we who destroy the rule of law and do not recognize the law or the Constitution.

However, according to the media, tomorrow he has been summoned precisely to communicate the decision that has been made in case this hinders the justice system and its activities.

And this decision will probably be the most unprecedented decision ever taken in the EU, because Edi Rama's stance and decision to annihilate the rule of law with a coup d'état, within the state, is absolutely unprecedented.

In this context, dear citizens, on Tuesday, each of you protests, expresses revolt in the peaceful uprising of the opposition, not only for yourself, but for your children, for Albania, and like never before, for the European future of this country.

"Therefore, I invite you to take Albania's fate into your own hands, to stand by the country's laws and constitution, as the only path to Albania's integration into the EU, as the only path to restoring the rule of law, law and constitution in Albania," Berisha said./ CNA
