"We have supported justice with 200 million euros in 10 years"/ Manja:

The Chairman of the Laws Committee, Ulsi Manja, in his speech in the Assembly presented the innovations of the 2026 budget. Manja said that this budget has a value of 823.1 billion lek and guarantees the well-being of citizens, consolidates finances and reduces public debt.

"We are the majority and the budget is related to our 2025-2030 vision, I like the opposition but a few words need to be said. If the budget is compared to 2013, 394 billion lek, the one for 2026, 823.1 billion lek. This budget guarantees the well-being of citizens, consolidates finances and public debt is decreasing. The budget is social and affects the lives of citizens, where over 40 million lek go to increase the minimum wage.

Pensions will increase, there will be no village pension below 200 euros. 79.6 billion lek are capital investments.

Albanian farmers benefit from a 10% VAT refund.

Manja said that this budget foresees zero tax increases.

"This budget has zero tax increases and that's why I trust the minister for this fiscal package. The forgiveness of fines until 2024 is eye-catching to you, it's not amnesty, but forgiveness. The 5% reduction in the real estate revaluation tax is also eye-catching to you."

"There will be a 5% tax revaluation until December 2026 ," declared Manja.

Former Minister of Justice Manja declared that in 10 years the Albanian government has supported justice reform with 200 million euros, while for 2026 there will be an additional 13.8 billion lek.

Manja said that the Supreme Court will benefit from 1.1 billion lek more, SPAK from 233 million lek. The innovation in the justice system in this budget is the provision of free legal aid to those in need.

In 2026, there is an additional 13.8 billion lek for the justice system.
