You are wasting your time and talking nonsense about the Belinda Balluku case, which has fallen into crisis because the Constitutional Court voted four to four.

But this happens because of the ignorance shown by those who left the Constitutional Court with an even number.

A court that is appointed to function with an even number of members can never be called normal and legally just.

This is the impasse, which goes against the theoretical and practical spirit of Western constitutional law at the theoretical level.

Therefore, today it must be specified that a constitutional court or any court that decides must have an odd number of members.

That is, the Constitutional Court of Albania, and every court, must have an odd number of members.

Therefore, precisely for this reason, we must say that the Constitutional Court of Albania should have seven members, as it is throughout the developed world, because an even number of members would certainly one day throw it into this crisis. But we must be clear:

This is not a crisis in Albania today, but rather a result of ignorance or professional incompetence on the part of those who have created a decision-making court in Albania with an even number of members.
