Në maj të vitit 2021, gazetari Elio Laze është  arrestuar për armë-mbajtje dhe drogë.

Por pavarësisht kësaj ka arritur t’i shpëtojë burgut në mënyrë të dyshimtë.

Ai është lënë nga gjykata i lirë dhe prokurori Artan Lulaj, nuk e ka ankimuar në Apel vendimin e Gjykatës së shkallës së parë.

Duke ngritur kështu dyshime, se prokurori Lulaj ka marrë ryshfet, për të mos e kryer detyrën e tij.

Lulaj është shkarkuar nga Vettingu me 13 Janar të vitit 2022, jo vetëm për aspektin profesional por edhe në lidhje me pasurinë.

Sipas KPK-së, Lulaj nuk kishte qenë bashkëpunues, ndërsa nuk kishte kthyer disa përgjigje, nuk kishte vënë në dispozicion dokumente dhe kishte refuzuar të bënte transparencë mbi pasurinë e së bijës.

Deri më tani nuk ka një hetim, nga SPAK, në lidhje me pasurinë e Lulajt.

Në kohën që çështja e gazetarit Elio Laze ka mbërritur në Gjykatë për masën e sigurisë, është është zhdukur një nga dy akuzat që rëndonin mbi të.

Ai është dërguar në Gjykatë për masë arrestimi, vetëm me akuzën për “Mbajtje pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve shpërthyese dhe municionit”, të parashikuar nga neni 278/1 i Kodit Penal dhe duke zhdukur akuzën ‘Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve” të parashikuar nga 283 i Kodit Penal.

Me datë 31.05.2021, Gjykata nëpërmjet gjyqtarit Besnik Hoxha, ka vlerësuar se ekziston dyshimi i arsyeshëm i bazuar në prova që personi nën hetim Elio Lazaj mund të ketë kryer veprën penale të parashikuar nga neni 278/1 i Kodit Penal, çka përmbush kushtin e dyshimit të arsyeshëm të bazuar në prova, i përcaktuar nga neni 228/1 i Kodit të Procedurës Penale, si kusht për caktimin e masës së sigurimit.

Por papritur Laze është sëmurë dhe përveçse i është hequr dhe një akuzë, ai është lënë edhe i lirë.

Ka qenë prokurori Artan Lulaj që ka kërkuar  ndryshimin e objektit të kërkesës lidhur me caktimin e masës së sigurimit ndaj shtetasit Elio Lazaj nga ajo e “ arrestit ne burg” në atë të “ arrestit në shtëpi”, parashikuar nga neni 237 I K.Pr.Penal.

Pra fillimisht është  zhdukur një nga akuzat, më pas është sërmurë Elio Laze, është “zbutur” prokurori, Artan Lulaj dhe përfundimi, asnjë ditë burg për gazetarin e kapur me armë dhe drogë./CNA.al

This business is registered with the CKB on 13/01/2021 and after about eight months it ended up being seized, due to the debts of Elio Lazes, who is the administrator and sole owner of this business.

According to the letter with protocol number 1995 and registration number 100-20, of the Chamber of Private Bailiffs sent to the National Center of Binzes, the placement of Lazaj's company under sequestration is directed.

"I, Ardit Hajdini, Judicial Bailiff at the Private Enforcement Office "ASTREA" shpk Nipt: L61306025U, in reference to Execution Order No. 1825 Reg. Them, dated 02.06.2020 of the Tirana Judicial District Court, have executed this Order , registering in the enforcement file No. 100-20, dated 27.02.2020, the request of the creditor SB to the debtor Elio Luan Lazaj, regarding the Executive Title Notarial Act "Notarial Declaration" No. 9805 Rep. No. 3243 Kol, date 11.10.2019.

After I started the mandatory execution process, sending the debtor notice No. 8539 Prot, Date 06.03.2020, to voluntarily execute the obligation contained in Execution Order No. 1825 Reg. Them, dated 02.06.2020 of the Tirana Judicial District Court , in reference to articles 517 and 518 of the Civil Code, I found that: The debtor Elio Lazaj has not respected the deadlines of articles 517 and 518 of the Civil Code", it is stated in the 1995 letter dated 31.08.20121.

Under these conditions, pursuant to Article 36 of Law No. 26/2019, approved on 08.05.2019 "For the private judicial enforcement service, the National Center of Binezesi has ordered to place a conservative seizure on the quotas of the debtor, Elio Lazaj, to the extent of 100% of the owned capital.

It is not known what happened next, but referring to the official data of the KKB, it turns out that the payment was not made, since there is no document in the extract of the company that proves the removal of the sequestration of quotas.

After guns and drugs, he ends up in debt

Elio Lazaj's company was seized shortly after his arrest.

We remind you that the journalist Elio Laze was arrested on May 28, 2021, for domestic abuse, but also for drugs.

During the police check, a pistol of the brand "Ecol" was found on him, which the journalist was carrying in his handbag.

The pistol had a magazine with a combat cartridge. In front of the Judicial Police officer, Laze stated that he had bought the pistol that same night.

In the testimony provided by CNA.al, Laze said that he bought the pistol for an amount of 200 euros, from two young boys, who were consuming narcotics, hashish.

"After we exchanged a few words, one of the persons asked me if I wanted any firearms. I unconsciously said that I have only 200 euros with me and for how much money I will buy a firearm.
