Find out which are the two happiest years of your life!

We think that the age around our teens or twenties is the most beautiful when we are less responsible, but a study published in "Social Indicators Research" writes that the happiest years of people's lives are in their early thirties, especially between aged 30 and 34 years.

This conclusion came after the study led by the Spanish professor of economics, Begoña Álvarez, who surveyed hundreds of people around the age of 50 from 13 different countries around the world. Participants were asked to reflect on when they felt happiest, whether as a child, teenager or adult.

After analyzing the results, the researchers found that the majority of respondents indicated that their thirties were the peak of happiness.

The conclusion, according to the Spanish professor, is related to the fact that this age, between 30 and 34, means a more complete confirmation from the professional, private side, better income, family, children, etc.

But this study doesn't mean that happiness only comes in your thirties, as life has its ups and downs.

You can be just as happy in your twenties, thirties or forties.
