The well-known Kor?ar architect Vladimir Bregu has passed away.

The sad news was announced by the prefect of Korça District, Nertil Jole, through a reaction on social networks.

Vladimir Bregu was known as the designer of the Palace of Congresses as well as part of the design group of the Pyramid at the time of its construction.

Jole in his reaction mentioned other projects in the voice of the architect known as City Center at the entrance of Korça.

The famous architect spent the last years of his life between Canada and Albania, where he died.

" Vladimir Bregu, the well-known architect from Korça, has passed away suddenly.

In addition to being a professor of architecture, Vladimir Bregu is the designer of many of the main buildings in Tirana such as the Palace of Congresses, the Pyramid (co-designer) and many others, where tradition is combined with modern elements.

Among his many projects are the City Center at the entrance of Korça and known as the Cube in our city.
