Inva Mula and Gjergji Sulioti bring back "Carnivals" at the Andon Zako

Well-known soprano Inva Mula and soloist Gjergj Sulioti have brought back to the stage of the Andon Zako Çajupi theater the operetta composed by master Avni Mula, "Carnivals".

In this extraordinary work, the line of love, the subtle humor of the characters, the "krushki bazaar" and the elegant way of living of Korça are beautifully interwoven, which have left an important mark in the memory of the artistic and social culture of our society.

Salla e teatrit Andon Zako Çajupi ka qenë e mbushur plot e përplot nga adhurues të kësaj vepre, që i ka risjellë sërish emocione publikut të pranishëm.

“Karnavalet”, është vepra e repertorit kombëtar e cilësuar si një nga më të çmuarat e këtij lloji, që i ka rezistuar kohës, madje tingëllon e freskët jo vetëm për nga tematika, por edhe nga rrjedhshmëria e melodive aq të dashura dhe të interpretuara me aq mjeshtëri nga trupa dhe solistët e TKOB-së.

This work comes back precisely on the 95th anniversary of the birth of the great composer Avni Mula and the well-known librettist Luigj Gurakuqi. Under the direction and special care of Inva Mula, the daughter of Avni Mula, who wrote "Carnivals" based on the comedy with the same title by Spiro Çomore and the book by Luigj Gurakuqi.

With the TKOB Symphony Orchestra, conducted by the virtuoso, Elda Laro, with costumes inspired by the aesthetics of the 30s, curated by Elva Bella, scenography by Romeo Çani, where the realist and the surrealist are amazingly intertwined, by the video artist Black-Box Film , as well as lots of other surprises./ CNA.al
