The incident becomes clear/ The moments when the perpetrator sets fire to 3 cars

The event in Shkodër was clarified, 3 vehicles were burnt. Citizen FN (FB, FK), 48 years old, was captured by the police. 

Police Notification: 

The Shkodra Police Station, in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, investigate the burning of 3 vehicles, carried out on 23.12.2022, in the "Ndoc Mazi" neighborhood.

As a result of the in-depth investigative actions, the suspected perpetrator, citizen FN (FB, FK), 48 years old, resident of Shkodër, was identified, caught and imprisoned.

From the investigations, it is suspected that on 23.12.2022, around 03:20, in the "Ndoc Mazi" neighborhood, the 48-year-old burned with fuel (gasoline), the "Benz" type vehicle owned by citizen AD, the "Benz" type vehicle ” owned by the citizen KD and the “Volkswagen” type vehicle owned by the citizen KL.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër. /CNA
