The Police Supervision Agency has assigned the security measure "prison arrest" for NF, 70 years old, with the duty of Chief of the Pepsumaj area, and MF, 31 years old. The over 70-year-old is charged with the criminal offenses of "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "abuse of duty". 

Police Notification: 

The Police Supervision Agency (Shkodër-Lezhë Region) executed the prosecutor's order on the criminal decision of the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër for the appointment of the personal security measure "Arrest in prison", based on in-depth investigations by the AMP , in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër, in the function of the investigation of the criminal proceedings of 2023, registered for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Abuse of duty".

As mentioned above, the Police Surveillance Agency has made it possible to document with legal evidence the involvement in this criminal activity of the cultivation of narcotic plants by citizens:
- NF, 70 years old, with the duty of Chief of the Pepsumaj area, suspected of committing a criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Abuse of duty".
- MF, 31 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants" in cooperation.

The agency continues its investigations to document the activity of police officers in this criminal activity.
