The police discovered a company in Yzberisht, where documents were forged. The 2 organizers of this criminal activity and 1 citizen who was caught receiving a false property certificate were arrested in the act.

The investigations showed that Ç. B. and AR, through fake seals of various state institutions inside and outside Albania, provided documents (circulation permits, booklets, notarial declarations, school documents and proof of professional skills) to various citizens. Meanwhile, citizen F. Sh. was caught in the act of obtaining a certificate of ownership, suspected to be forged.

Police Notification:

The operation was carried out by the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes in the Criminal Police Department and the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.

A subject (firm) in Yzberisht was discovered, where documents were forged.

Also, in this subject there were smuggled goods and uninsured employees.

The 2 organizers of this criminal activity and 1 citizen who was caught receiving a fake property certificate were arrested in the act.

37 forged seals of various state institutions inside and outside Albania, incomplete documents (circulation permits, booklets, notarial declarations, school documents and proof of professional skills) and 210 bottles of smuggled wine were seized.

As a result of the in-depth investigations, for striking a case of forgery of documents, in a private entity (firm), in Yzberisht, where other economic-financial crimes were committed, the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic-Financial Crimes in the Police Department Criminal and the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, in the DPPSh, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, finalized the coded police operation "Vula".

During the operation, the following citizens were arrested in the act:

Ç. B., 53 years old, resident in Tirana, co-owner of the firm, previously convicted for, among other things, smuggling;

AR, 55 years old, resident in Tirana, company employee;

F. Sh., 54 years old, resident in Tirana.

The investigations showed that citizens Ç. B. and AR, through fake seals of various state institutions inside and outside Albania, provided documents (circulation permits, booklets, notarial declarations, school documents and proof of professional skills) to various citizens. Meanwhile, citizen F. Sh. was caught in the act of obtaining a certificate of ownership, suspected to be forged.

In the premises of the private entity, 210 bottles of wine were found, suspected to be smuggled, and it was established that they had employed citizens without insurance.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions./ CNA
