Wanted for hostage taking since 2022/ The right wing of Rrumi t Shijaku is captured

The police have detained Agron Bejdoll, wanted for the hostage-taking of Indri Beqiraj in October 2022.

Bejdolli has been described as the right-hand man of Aleksandër Laho alias Pëllumb Muharrem, known as Rrumi i Shijak.

He was driving Rrumi's car on the day of the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja.

However, Agron Bejdolli was wanted as one of the members of the group that raped the brothers Gentian and Indrit Beqiraj.

Beqiraj, together with his brother, Gentianin, were driving a "Piaggo" motorcycle from Durrës towards Tirana. They were hit by a vehicle, which had 4 people inside. The brothers went to clarify, but they had a conflict.

The 4 people raped and took Indrit Beqiraj with them, but released him after 2 hours. It was the hostage himself, the one who went to the Police to make the report, while Agron Bejdolli was one of the perpetrators.

Both Beqiraj brothers have criminal records, as they were handcuffed in 2013 for narcotics./ CNA
