Drug trafficking in Italy/ 3 members of criminal group arrested

Following successive operations to capture citizens declared internationally wanted, the structures of the Directorate of the Special Operational Force at the DPSSh, based on the information provided, captured during 3 operations conducted in the Fier district, 3 citizens wanted by the Italian authorities, specifically: 

-As part of the operation "Operacionalja 61", citizen K. Sh., 24 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested and handcuffed;

-As part of the operation "Operacionalja 62", AM, 29 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested and handcuffed;

-As part of the operation "Operacionalja 63", citizen EF, 22 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested and handcuffed.

These citizens were declared internationally wanted, after the Court of Rimini, Italy, assigned them the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Criminal organization" and "Drug trafficking". Maximum sentence: 10 years in prison.

They are accused of having purchased large quantities of drugs during the period June-December 2024, in collaboration with each other and other citizens, with the aim of selling them in the city of Rimini./ CNA
