The Himara Police Commissariat, after receiving a report that a citizen was threatening two employees of his hotel in Borsh with a firearm, immediately organized work to prevent further escalation of the conflict and capture the perpetrator. As a result of the swift action, the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:

E. Sh., 26 years old, resident of Himara, for the criminal offenses of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Threat".

This citizen, during a conflict for weak motives, threatened his hotel employees, citizens AO, 21 years old, and RO, 53 years old, mother and daughter, with a pistol-type firearm.

Also, the following citizens were criminally prosecuted while at large:

A. Sh., 56 years old (father of the author), for the criminal offense of "Other intentional damage", after having exercised physical violence against citizen AO

PB, 76 years old, for the criminal offense of "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth", as it is suspected that after the conflict he hid the pistol-type firearm used by citizen E. Sh.

The weapon was found and seized, along with the magazine and 8 cartridges, during a search conducted by the Police services in one of the hotel rooms./ CNA
