Trafik kokaine nga Kolumbia në Shqipëri/ Arrestohet 34-vjeçarja

Të mërkurën policia federale arrestoi një grua 34-vjeçare gjermane në Aeroportin e Mynihut. Gruaja ishte transferuar më parë në Mynih nga oficerë të Zyrës së Policisë Kriminale të Shtetit të Bremenit. Ajo ka për të vuajtur pjesën e mbetur të dënimit me burg.

Gruaja e dënuar dhe bashkëshorti i saj kishin organizuar tashmë kontrabandën e gati 500 kilogramëve kokainë nga Kolumbia në Shqipëri në vitin 2022. Drogat ishin fshehur në dërgesa plehrash.

Në vitin 2024, gruaja gjermane u dënua nga një gjykatë shqiptare me tetë vjet burg për trafik të organizuar droge. Në fillim të këtij viti, 34-vjeçarja kërkoi të transferohej në Gjermani për të vuajtur pjesën e mbetur të dënimit të saj. Në shkurt të vitit 2026, Gjykata Rajonale e Bremenit vendosi për zbatimin e dënimit të huaj në Gjermani. Dënimi me burgim në Shqipëri u konvertua në një dënim të mbetur prej pesë vjetësh e dy muajsh. Koha e vuajtur tashmë në Shqipëri iu llogarit këtij dënimi të ri.

Pasi përfunduan masat policore në Aeroportin e Mynihut, gruaja u dërgua nga Policia Federale në seksionin e grave të burgut të Mynihut.
