Kidnapped and injured a person in cooperation with 4 others/ 40-year-old man arrested in Vlora

A 40-year-old wanted man has been handcuffed by the police in Vlora.

It is about the citizen with the initials AN, who was caught as part of the national police operation "Rule of Law".

The 40-year-old man, in cooperation with 4 other people, already arrested by the police, kidnapped the GO citizen on January 19, 2023. They held this person by force in the car, seriously injured him with hard objects and then they left him unconscious on the street.

Regarding this case, the Court of First Instance of Saranda has assigned the 40-year-old the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Intentional Serious Wounding", committed in cooperation .

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution of the Court of First Instance of Sarandë General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
