Young man injured in Bathore/ The perpetrator of the incident is arrested

Police have solved the incident that occurred yesterday in Bathore, where a young man was injured.

The 24-year-old DB, who is suspected of injuring the young man yesterday, has been arrested.

He faces charges of attempted murder and illegal possession of a weapon.

It is suspected that the young man was injured after a conflict over weak motives.

The dynamics of the incident that occurred yesterday in Bathore, where a 24-year-old man was injured by gunfire, are revealed. 

The suspected perpetrator of the incident is identified, captured, and put in custody.

Work continues to find the firearm with which the 24-year-old man was injured, who is out of danger. 

Yesterday afternoon, after receiving the notification that a citizen who had been wounded by a gunshot had presented himself to the hospital for treatment, the specialists of the Serious Crimes Sector of the Tirana Police Department in cooperation with the Police Commissariat No. 5, immediately organized the work, with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of the case and identifying the perpetrator. As a result of professional actions, the suspected perpetrator, the citizen:   

DB, 24 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder", attempted murder and "Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".

From the first investigative actions, it is suspected that yesterday, on "Ali Këlçyra" street, citizen DB, during a conflict for weak motives, with citizen EV, 24 years old, wounded him in the arm with a firearm. 

Citizen EV is in hospital, under the care of doctors, and his life is out of danger.   

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
