Threatened neighbor with gun/ 37-year-old arrested in Shkodra, 22-year-old

A 37-year-old man was arrested and a 22-year-old man was wanted after allegedly threatening their neighbor with a gun during a petty dispute.  

The arrested person is a 37-year-old British citizen, resident of Shkodra. 

Citizen AG, 22 years old, was declared wanted, as he fled with the pistol.

Announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shkodra Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the General Patrol services, supported by the "Eagle" Special Force services, immediately after receiving the notification that on "Tafilica" street, a citizen had been threatened with a firearm, have organized the work to capture the perpetrator(s) and clarify the circumstances of the case.  

As a result of quick action, the 37-year-old British citizen, resident of Shkodra, was caught red-handed and arrested. 

Also, citizen AG, 22 years old, resident of Shkodra, was declared wanted. 

The investigation suspects that these two citizens, during a conflict for weak motives, with their neighbor, citizen EK, threatened him with a pistol.   

The 22-year-old is suspected of having spotted the police officers, grabbed the firearm and ran away.   

The procedural materials will be forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action. /CNA
