The two suspected perpetrators who stole equipment from a bar in Elbasan, worth 120 thousand lek, have been caught and arrested.

The incident took place in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood.

The two accomplices, citizens Sh. Rr., 27 years old, and OB, 43 years old, are suspected of having committed a series of thefts.

Announcement:

The services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat, as a result of the administration of video footage obtained during the investigation of a theft case in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood, identified, captured and handcuffed the two perpetrators of the case, citizens Sh. Rr., 27 years old, and OB, 43 years old.

The investigation revealed that these 2 citizens, on 30.10.2025, 03.11.2025 and 04.11.2025, in collaboration with each other, stole the equipment of a bar (worth approximately 120,000 lek), in the "28 Nëntori" neighborhood, owned by a citizen.

Investigations are ongoing to uncover other thefts that these citizens are suspected of having committed.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor 's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for further action./CNA
