The action to free public spaces has not passed completely peacefully due to citizen reactions. In Tushemisht, Pogradec, the action has degraded into physical clashes.

It is learned that the village headman was raped by two people, father and son, Jetmir and Johan Muçollari.

The village headman, Ilirjan Tasellari, had earlier appeared near the hotel premises, where he had asked the owners to remove the tables placed in the area of the wooden bridge near the park.

According to the official announcement from the Police:

"Crime Investigation Specialists at the Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens; IT, 53 years old, PP, 35 years old, JM, 26 years old, and JM, 52 years old, residents of Pogradec, as they are suspected of hitting each other with hard objects, after a conflict over property," the announcement says. /CNA
