Autoritetet e Catanzaro kanë mbyllur hetimet për operacionin që zbuloi lidhjen midis eksponentëve të krimit shqiptar dhe krimit të Catanzaro, të akuzuar për një grupë që synonte trafikun e drogës, zhvatjen dhe marrjen e mallrave të vjedhura.

Droga, kryesisht heroinë, vinte nga Turqia dhe, duke kaluar nga Shqipëria, importohej në Itali nëpërmjet portit të Barit, për t'u shpërndarë më pas në qendrat e trafikut të drogës në Crotone, Catanzaro dhe province të tjera.

Sipas konkluzioneve të hetimeve, Arkez Dibrani ishte në krye të organizatës dhe merrte vendime për transportin e lëndës narkotike dhe duke siguruar drejtuesit dhe mjetet e kompanisë që kryentye tranfertën.

Dibrani u ndihmua nga Samuel Garuja, Isa Garuja dhe Samuel Muça . Të tre ishin përgjegjës për rrjetin e shpërndarjes së drogës në Catanzaro, duke vendosur kontakte me blerësit e heroinës./ CNA
