Another person wanted internationally has been handcuffed by the police.

It is learned that thanks to the coded police operation "Weekend" the 29-year-old with the initials AB was caught in Tirana

He was wanted by German authorities for hostage-taking, armed robbery, unlawful deprivation of liberty and willful grievous bodily harm.

His arrest was carried out by the Blues in order to extradite him to Germany.

"The services of the Special Force Sector "Shqiponja", in cooperation with the Sector for Special Operations and Research, and the Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes against the Person, following the work for the capture of citizens declared international wanted, based on intelligence information on the location of a wanted citizen, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Weekend".  

During the operation, the Police services caught the citizen Aneo Buzi, 29 years old, on the "Zhan D'Ark" boulevard, and arrested him for the purpose of extradition.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Local Court of Osnabruck, Germany, has sentenced him to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment, for the criminal offenses "Kidnapping", "Armed robbery", "Illegal deprivation of liberty", and " Intentional grievous hurt", provided for by the German Penal Code.       

Interpol Tirana is following the procedures for the extradition of this citizen to Germany", the police announcement states./ CNA
