Ervis Martinaj's father, Mustafa Martinaj, has appeared at the GJKKO to testify in the process regarding the properties of his son and people related to him.

The hearing did not take place due to the absence of two prosecutors.

Asked about what might have happened to his son, who has been missing for years, Mustafa Martinaj said that everyone knows his fate except the media and the prosecution.

"My son was executed in Durrës, how do I know?! I'm the father! And I gave explanations about this issue before the explanations of the National Bureau of Investigation, where I appeared on my own initiative, I came myself 2 months after the event. They don't want to investigate it and have left it to Kurbin."

As for the question of what is happening with the investigations into his son's disappearance, Mustafa Martinaj responded:
