The Police Supervision Agency (Shkodra - Lezhë Region) has executed the decision of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction Shkodra, which has imposed the personal security measures "Suspension of the exercise of a public duty or service" and "Obligation to report to the judicial police" provided for in Articles 242 and 234 of the Criminal Procedure Code, for two police officers suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" provided for in Article 248 of the Criminal Code.

 EK, with the duty of Service Troop / Controller on the second line at the “Hani i Hotit” Border Crossing Point.

The imposition of security measures was made possible after in-depth investigations using special methods, in connection with the event of 05.09.2025, where a truck with Bosnia and Herzegovina license plates after completing exit procedures from the Republic of Albania was stopped by the Montenegrin police. After the search, 114 PVC packages were found in the truck, containing a plant substance similar to the narcotic substance marijuana, with a gross weight of 131.7kg.

Investigations are ongoing to fully uncover the incident and the possible involvement of other individuals in this criminal activity.
