Employed a minor to organize gambling/ 37-year-old arrested in Tirana

A 37-year-old man was arrested in Tirana after illegally employing a minor as a waiter and organizer of gambling games in his bar in the Kombinat area of ??the capital. 

The minor was put under investigation. 

As part of Operation "The Game", 2 mobile phones and 1 computer were seized, through which the games were played.

Announcement: 

As a result of the immediate administration of information obtained operationally, that a citizen had adapted his premises, in "Kombinat", for the illegal organization of gambling, specialists of the Cyber ??Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the Special Operational Force and the services of the Special Force "Eagle", finalized the operation "The game".

As part of the operation, citizen AL, 37 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto, and proceedings were initiated against a 15-year-old.

The verifications revealed that the minor was illegally employed as a waiter in a bar owned by citizen AL. The minor also placed sports bets and organized other games of chance on behalf of the owner of the entity.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
