"Juli of Pashako", rival of Aldo Bare/ Who is the target of

Julian Sula, 45, is the person who was assassinated today near the stadium in Lushnja.

The vehicle in which Sula was traveling was shot and he was wounded in the leg.

Sula is in the hospital while the police are investigating the incident and searching for the perpetrators.

The vehicle of the assailants who injured the 45-year-old was also found in the village of Lifaj.

So who is Julian Sula?

Julian Sula is a well-known figure to the authorities. He is known by the nickname "Juli of Pashakos" and is a person with a criminal record.

Sula is suspected of being involved in criminal activity, including money laundering.

In 2021, police seized 70,060 euros and a luxury car (Porsche Cayenne) from his assets.

The prosecution has also launched property investigations on the claim that some of his assets were acquired illegally.

Julian Sula is the man suspected of being the "third person" involved in the Lushnja massacre where several people were killed. He himself appeared at the police station to give a statement, but was released after questioning.

The investigation found no convincing evidence directly linking Sula to the incident.

In June 2016, Julian Sula was seriously injured with a knife at a betting shop, after getting involved in a conflict with people suspected of being members of Aldo Bare's gang.

According to some sources, he was stabbed several times in that incident. In 2023, an apartment belonging to Julian Sula in Durrës (worth approximately 120,000 euros) was confiscated by the authorities. This is part of a criminal property investigation.

In the media, he has been mentioned as a "rival" of Aldo Bares, who is a well-known name in the Albanian criminal scene.  

Sulo is known as one of Aldo Bare's opponents, has close friendships with Laert Haxhiu and has had a number of problems in the assassinations between the two groups.
