"Someone else wanted their intervention"/ Hoxha: Crime bosses decided

Journalist Artan Hoxha, in a television appearance while talking about organized crime, said that crime bosses reached the point where they decided who should be elected university rector.

Hoxha said that the crime bosses themselves did not care who was elected rector, but someone else requested their intervention.
