At the invitation of the American Congress, I had the special honor today in New York to be part of the inauguration of the street that from now on bears the name of our national hero, Isa Boletini, one of the greatest figures in the history of Albania and Kosovo.

This moment marks not only respect for an indestructible symbol of freedom, but also the strong and enduring bond between the Albanian people and the United States. Isa Boletini in New York is a powerful message to the younger generations that freedom and dignity are values ??that must be defended every day.

Thank you to our congressional friends, the New York authorities, and the Albanian community for their tireless dedication. Our diaspora has been and remains an extraordinary force for the image and interests of the Republic of Kosovo.

Let us continue to build eternal bridges of friendship and cooperation, with dignity, with work and with pride, just as General Boletini would have wanted.
