The new Albania-Croatia cooperation plan in health is signed

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia signed the Cooperation Plan in the field of Health and Medicine for the years 2024-2026.

The new cooperation plan was signed today in Zagreb by Minister Albana Koçiu and the Minister of Health of Croatia, Vili Beros.

Albania and Croatia will deepen bilateral cooperation in the field of health in several aspects of mutual interest, mainly in areas such as: primary health care, health education and research, electronic health and cyber security, health tourism and medical emergency service.

Koçiu and Beros agreed to extend cooperation in other areas, such as the exchange of information on health programs, the exchange of publications and educational literature on health in accordance with the needs and abilities of the parties, exchange of experts and study groups, programs short-term cooperation; the participation of representatives and experts of the parties in scientific activities and in undertaken projects; specialized training for health workers and awarding of scholarships for specialists from Albania to Croatia./ CNA
