The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has called on the CEC, in the name of transparency, to hand over the documents it has for election purposes in Kamze and other municipalities.

Berisha said that there are documents that the farce in the Municipality of Kamza has been unconstitutional.

According to him, the CEC has received orders from Rama not to submit the documents requested by the interested party

"I am here to call on the CEC, in the name of transparency, to hand over all the documentation it has about the terrible election farce to Kamze and then to the other Municipalities. We have irrefutable documents that the farce in the Municipality of Kamza has been fundamentally unconstitutional, and in flagrant opposition to constitutional principles.

There is an order from Rama not to submit the documents requested by the interested party. But this is an order that must be boldly rejected by the CEC. Any attempt to prevent full transparency will be condemned.

We are asking for nothing but transparency. We will submit all the evidence, starting tomorrow, what we have will be submitted to the media. Those who turned it into a farce will get the deserved response.

Re-voting in all municipalities where the mandate of the opposition was taken. Due to the taking of the mandate of the opposition, we do not recognize the elections. The opposition received 40% of the votes and thanks to this manipulation, these 40% produced only 5% of the power", said Berisha./ CNA.al
