A post by the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha two days ago confused the media and the network regarding the SPAK prosecutor, Olsi Dado, in connection with a case involving the former Socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja.

The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, raised accusations that the special prosecutor, Olsi Dado, "has released from prison the brother-in-law of Altin Hajri, Julian Gjoshin, who executed Alfred Dedja two days ago in a bar in Ndroq. ( READ HERE )

Julian Gjoshi's name also appears in the investigations of the Special Prosecutor's Office for the arrested socialist MP, Jurgis Çyrbja, where the latter communicated with Altin Hajri about his release.

CNA did an immediate verification after Sali Berisha's denunciation and it turned out that Olsi Dado was not the prosecutor that Berisha was talking about, as he had not been the prosecutor of that case at all, but had been a prosecutor, another prosecutor with the initials HM There had been a trial pre-trial detention with indefinite imprisonment.

Then there was another judge, Shefkie Demiraj, who released the person in question, Julian Gjoshin.

Berisha reacted again afterwards. He brought out a document published by SPAK, where Olsi was mentioned in the intercepts.

Today, the former prime minister reacted again and said a very clear sentence.

"I verified it, they denied it, it was not the prosecutor Olsi Dado, but let them tell you who Olsi is," declared Berisha.

He told the journalists that he had no information that it could be Olsi Rama, but it is another prosecutor, he said, "could it be Olsian Çela, I don't know, I expect those who refuted him to say it, the second time they won't make the same mistake", said the former prime minister.

In fact, all these developments lead to one point.

Who is Olsi? Who is this prosecutor? Is it like that? Is it within the system?

SPAK should have already started investigations even after Berisha's accusations, even for the prosecutor Olsi Dado. He had done all the appropriate actions and verifications and for this he had issued a notification.

Perhaps the refutation and the fact that Olsi Dado had nothing to do with the issue Berisha was talking about is one side of the coin, but that should be investigated and clarified to the end as to who Olsi is who is claimed by those interceptions that he has published SPAK, must definitely be told to politics and public opinion for two reasons. The first is that politics does not manipulate and the second is that public opinion learns the truth.
