Adriatik Lapaj and Endri Shabani are two characters who have become public from a single political line, their origin is the Red and Black Alliance. Both were leaders in this party, at the time founded by Kreshnik Spahiu .

They were young and it all started after 2010, about 15 years ago. Young or old, it's not about age, it's not just about when they entered politics, but also about behavior.

CNA has often been critical of Lapaj for hundreds of thousands or millions of euros, for a campaign all over Europe, activities, expenses, which raised many questions. Halls that cost from 5 or 10 thousand euros an hour, hotels, planes, expenses even across the ocean, in the USA or Canada, totally undeclared or fictitiously stated with figures and values, which are completely unbelievable.
