CNA.al has made an observation on the urban residents of Tirana during these hot summer days, where the temperatures are increasing more and more.

Although we have entered the second month of the summer season, the condition of Tirana's urban residents is miserable.

The urban areas of Tirana, and more specifically the "TEG - Old Sauk - Zoo - Former Train Station" line, do not have air conditioners.

The journalists of CNA.al have asked the cashiers of this line several times why the air conditioners do not turn on and they have affirmed that there are no air conditioners.

In fact, this is not the only urban line without air conditioners in these hot days.

The scandalous situation in public transport causes daily dissatisfaction among citizens, who have often clashed and argued with drivers and tax collectors about the heat inside urban areas.

Citizens say that they choose urban transport to move around the city with the idea and belief that they won't have to endure the hot sun, but they face an even worse situation inside the doors of urban dwellers.
