The beneficiary sends an official letter by mail to the social security through the postal service where he is provided with all the reports or with the closure of the work book. We as an institution will send an official letter to the subject for this online application", explained the specialist.

The benefit from the reports is up to one year, it is enough to make the application and the problem is solved. "Stop" spoke with the subject where he was told that the reports were not appearing in the system even though the citizen himself was.
