About 20 million dollars per year is the budget of the Albanian Public Radio and Television.

With a structure that has probably been very inflated for decades, turned into a cuckold's agenda, RTSH is unfortunately a media with a minimal audience that the citizens' pockets pay for in their bill, they have it monthly.

Television, which unfortunately did not become such. KLSH has discovered dozens of violations, endless documents of abuses, members of the Governing Council who receive funds after exerting pressure on the head of the institution for the approval of various budgets.

CNA has recently shown with facts how Leka Bungo, the chairman of the Governing Council, received money for scripts in the year-end show.

Festivals with scandals with hundreds of millions of missing money, which are not known where they went, in fact RTSH should be subject to SPAK an hour ago, not for the economic damages caused by a director or former director that has removed several people from their jobs, but for an institution that has turned into a media graveyard covered with the money of Albanian citizens, which actually goes into the pockets of many of the council leaders or the directors of the institution themselves.

So far, no one has done a complete reform in RTSH, the public television with many channels that no one sees, where people who sit idle are paid and those who are paid less work more, when some characters receive tens of millions of lek in salary, while others so much that they cannot close the month.

This is today's RTSH, robbed for decades, which needs, in fact, a good, fast and strong investigation by SPAK, to shake it up and lead this institution to another reform necessary and not to leave it on the television of the people, stolen day and night by corruption, robbed from the bazaars, turning more than the public television of the Albanians into public media robbed for the interest of pockets of leaders./ CNA
