The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Gent Strazimiri, has brought accusations against SPAK for the issue of the alienation of properties by the acting mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro in Dhërmi.

Strazimiri says that SPAK is acting with certain standards, after arresting Gora and resident Stavri Mëhilli, but not handcuffing Prime Minister Edi Rama and Carlo Bollino.

He emphasizes on social networks that just as the property in Dhërmi was alienated, Bollino also alienated the state's property in Tirana.

"Casus" for law students who prepare under the example of SPAK-ists:

- Jorgo Goro and Stavri Mëhilli have been arrested by SPAK, for alienating 5512 m2 of state land in Himare, within 5 days...

- Edi Rama and Karlo Bollino are not arrested by SPAK, although they alienated about 5000 m2 of state land in Tirana, within 7 months...

Given that the criminal offense is the same, but only Goro and Mëhilli are in prison, but not Rama and Bollino:

* What is the criminal offense committed by Goro-Mëhilli that differs from that committed by Rama-Bollino:

1. Have they alienated 512 m2 more than Rama-Bollino?

2. Did the alienation take place within 5 days and not within 7 months like Rama-Bollino?

3. Did he alienate land in Himara and not in Tirana like Rama-Bollino?
