We are in Berat, as taxi driver Flamur Dodoveci reveals that he was arrested in 2018 and served a six-year prison sentence for transporting illegal immigrants.

Because of the accusation, his belongings and car were confiscated. When he left the cell and had to get his belongings, he saw that the prosecutor had written down the license plates incorrectly.

"I am Flamur Dodoveci, I have been working as a licensed taxi driver for ten years. I did a transport from Berat to Vlora, in Vlora they were fleeing Germany, Italy or wherever. They were Albanians, when they stopped me they seized my car and other belongings. They accused me of trafficking in human beings, adults. I was interested in taking them, Berat knew that work was scarce and we somehow begged ourselves. In the way I came out and asked for the seized belongings, I needed the prosecutor's order to return the belongings. But the prosecutor's order was wrong, because the prosecutor who stopped me did not attach any importance to these documents or license plates, better to say. He had mixed up the license plates", says the complainant.

The police prove that Flamur's license plates are AC and not AA. They have taken the car for scrap, but they cannot deregister the plates, forcing them to pay for nothing.
