In the end, everything turned out to be a scam and he received no response from the website in question. At the German embassy in Tirana, he was told that he had been scammed. Ardis did not receive an appointment at the embassy, ??nor a work visa, nor his money back.

"On June 15, 2024, I found a person on a Facebook page who was giving 'appointments' at the embassy for a work visa in Germany. I wrote to this person and he replied. It took 3 days. It is 100% safe and accurate and the payment is made after confirmation, which comes in an e-mail, that you will appear at the German embassy. At the embassy in Tirana, they told me that it is a scam. What he had done was false, a scam. I did not get an appointment at the embassy, ??I did not get a work visa, nor did I get my money back, 1400 euros. In the name of Bujar Baca Prishtina", said the complainant.

He filed a report, which was then forwarded to the prosecution. But the latter has suspended and archived the file, claiming that it is awaiting a response from the letters sent to Kosovo.

According to lawyer Arben Llangozi, in this case there is a violation of the Criminal Procedure Code, since the name is and the evidence is the payments made by Ardis Sulaj. According to him, these are mechanisms to prevent this issue from being resolved by the Dibra Prosecutor's Office.

"The accuser has a specific name, he has the material evidence that he has made available to the prosecution, which is the bank warrant, so the person is fully identified. The prosecutor has the duty to register the person's name, continue the investigations and not suspend him at any time. The very fact that the person has suspended him due to a letter of recommendation is not legal, because the article prohibits the prosecutor from suspending him, because suspension is only done when the perpetrator is not found, or when there are no perpetrators of a criminal offense.

In this specific case, we have the perpetrator and the prosecutor has decided in violation of the laws of the Republic of Albania. I think that the very fact that the prosecution has suspended it has wanted to drag out the procedures to bring this perpetrator of the criminal offense to justice.
