We have been going to the electrician every day, but they have told us that there is none. They have left us without electricity and have worried us a lot, the girl could come very soon from Italy. This is what I ask for, so that the clock comes to us and as soon as possible," said the complainant.

"Stop" addressed OSHEE Elbasan, where engineer Julmir Boja said that the delay was due to the large influx of requests for meters and other breakdowns. But he promised to solve the problem for the citizen.

"The delay was due to the influx of work that we have had during this period. There was an influx of requests for the installation of new meters, plus the problems and breakdowns that the electrical system has had during this period. But, we will solve this problem today, right now. As soon as the meter is coordinated, the working group will go to the field to install it. We apologize to the citizen, but the service will be provided today," said engineer Julmir Boja.
