The flight company "Air Albania" has left its passengers waiting for more than three hours for a planned trip from Malpensa to Tirana.

According to a complaint received by CNA, the departure time of the flight from Malpensa to Tirana was at 14:50 and according to the forecast the plane should arrive in Tirana at 16:45.

This has not happened. Passengers have been waiting for hours to be notified of another departure time.

The airline "Air Albania" has "lined up" with passengers, leaving them waiting for hours.

The passengers boarded another plane but disembarked again because, according to the complaint, there were problems with the air conditioners.

The flight has been delayed by about 3 hours and 25 minutes, leaving at 18:15 to arrive in Tirana at 20:10.
