On Saturday evening, the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, raised accusations against the media.

Berisha said that in July, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj and minister Blendi Gonxhja paid 120 thousand euros to a media.

This money, the former prime minister claimed, was paid to misinform the citizens.

Berisha referred to this media with the nickname "Tele-Tuneli", but the accusation seems to be against "Top Channel", the media in partnership with the incinerators.

"Top Channel" is the government's main propaganda television, which has publicly accused the staff of embezzlement.

"Only in July, Tele-Tuneli received 120,000 euros from Veliaj and Gonxhja.

Children stay without medicine, sick people with serious diseases die without medicine, while these thugs make their faces black with the media they pay for," declared the leader of the DP.
