CNA has reported dozens of materials about Ajola Xoxa, the wife of Erion Veliajt, who turned from her profession as a lawyer into an art curator. ( READ HERE)

There are several centers for such events. In today's investigation, CNA will bring facts and evidence about how Erion Veliaj paid the family members of his wife, Ajola Xoxa.

In 2021, the "Eventus" center opens in Albania, which includes activities in the field of culture, as well as the "Art Lab" company. 

According to the data that CNA was able to collect, it turns out that the "Eventus" center of Ajola Xoxa's uncle has the same address as her niece's companies, ie at "Ibrahim Rugova" street, Sky Tower, Tirana.

According to the data released by CNA, Erald Simixhiu is the husband of Linda Kazan, who is the official director of the "Eventus" center.

Meanwhile, Erald Simixhiu opens the "Art Lab" company, which he has in his name at the KKB according to this document.

So far, there are two artists who hold cultural events, also in Tirana they gave interviews, gave musical concerts and exercised their activity.

But we go further.  The "Eventus" center, according to data provided by CNA, has received payments of tens of thousands of euros from the Municipality of Tirana.

So, Erion Veliaj directly paid Ajola Xoxa's uncle to develop his activity, but here we are facing a PURE CONFLICT OF INTEREST .

5 PAYMENT FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIRANA FOR THE UNCLE OF AJOLA XOXHA

According to the official data provided by CNA, there are 5 payments, which amount to over 90 million lek from the Municipality of Tirana, directly given to the "Eventus" center by the Municipality of Tirana at different times.

What stands out is the fact that the payment of the year 2024, in a single one, is as much as two bills of the year 2022-2023.

Also, the "Eventus" center has had small benefits from the Ministry of Culture.

So, in total there are 7 payments for the "Eventus" center of Ajola Xoxa's uncle, the wife of Erion Veliaj, 5 payments from the Municipality of Tirana and 2 payments from the Ministry of Culture.

These are also confirmed by the documents above.

So what happens?! In addition to the "Eventus" center, which receives payments directly from the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj pays Ajola Xoxa's wife and uncle.

THE INVESTIGATION DEEPENDS

CNA goes further.  In addition to the "Eventus" center, we went to a detail related to the company "Art Lab" in the name of Erald Simixhiu.

As soon as he comes to Albania in 2021, in a few months he declares a profit of about 90 million ALL and on June 30, 2023 he declares the annual report of the company's accounts to the National Business Center.

And what happens with "Art Lab"?

As soon as he came to Albania, just one year later, the company of Ajola Xoxa's uncle, Erald Simixhiu, turned out with a profit of about 93 million lek, about 93 thousand euros.

And, all according to the document that CNA is bringing, all the profit will be passed as an investment.

The scheme is quite clear. Ajola Xoxa's uncle comes to Albania through two entities, an LLC and an NGO.

The "Eventus" center, which receives payments directly from the Municipality of Tirana, is run by Linda Kazani, wife of Erald Simixhiu, uncle of Ajola Xoxa.

And Erald Simixhiu opens a limited liability company, which is called "Art Lab" and only in 2022 records a profit of 93 million lek (93 thousand euros), which he passes all of it as an investment.

The scheme clearly shows how Erion Veliaj paid Ajola Xoxa's uncle, according to the data received from the treasury and how Ajola Xoxa's uncle declares the profit of around 93 thousand euros per year through the LLC.

CNA has deepened the investigation into Erion Veliajt's family members and apparently, not only Ajola Xoxa, but also others in her circle have been involved in schemes to gain funds or develop activities by receiving payments from various cultural activities projects in Albania.

The Municipality of Tirana as the main financier, but also the Ministry of Culture, with payments that are less. After Ajola had opened several centers for the curation of art, her uncle has opened a center and a limited liability company related to music.

CNA will also bring other facts about other family members, but also the deeper connections of Erald Simixhiu with Ajola Xoxa, but also her mother, Valbona Simixhiu, where the latter is included in some payment schemes or different activities in the field of culture.
