Another 19-story "skyscraper" is planned to be built on Bajram Curri Boulevard in Tirana.

This 19-story tower will affect not only the entrance to the Ali Demi neighborhood, but also the school of the same name and the statue of the People's Hero "Ali Demi".

According to media reports, this 19-story tower will be built by "Union Bank", and the project has also been approved by the National Territorial Council.

So, the "development permit for the 'administrative structure 19 floors above ground and 4 floors underground 'Union Bank HQ Albania' building, located on 'Bajram Curri' Boulevard, Tirana Municipality, with the development companies 'Union Bank', 'Auto City' and 'Arch Investor' as the subject.

The area where the project is located is 3.26 hectares.  

This entire building will belong to one of the most important banks in the country.

The first 10 floors are for exclusive office use, while the top floors are designed to host functions of a more informal nature, a sky bar/terrace usable for events of all kinds.
