The municipality of Tirana, involved in scandals and corruption, is indebted to state institutions.

This fact was denounced this Wednesday by the regional coordinator of Tirana in PD, Klevis Balliu.

In a statement to the media, Balliu said that the municipality of Veliaj has 788 million ALL in debt, as a result of abuses and mismanagement.

"The municipality of Tirana, in addition to the debts it has to the citizens, to whom it has increased traffic, polluted the air, reduced the greenery, increased the towers and concrete, is also in bad debt with the state institutions. The municipality of Erion Veliaj has debts of 788 million lek as a result of abuses and mismanagement.

For years, the Democratic Party has systematically denounced Erion Veliaj's systematic thefts and abuses with the taxes of the citizens of Tirana, and despite the mountains of evidence for his corruption, justice does not react.
