The Executive Director of the American Hospital, Klodian Allajbeu, responded today to several untrue claims recently published regarding him and his professional activity.

It concerns several publications related to drug tenders.

Through a post on social media, Allabej states that all claims are completely fabricated.

According to Allajbeu, the media's obligations to inform the public are just as important as verifying the facts, while emphasizing that he will pursue this issue through legal channels.

"In recent days, false allegations have been published on several portals related to my person and professional activity. I want to clearly refute them: these allegations are completely fabricated."

I also understand the media's obligations to inform the public, but equally important are verification of facts, respect for professional ethics, and truth. Freedom of expression cannot be transformed into freedom to slander.

For this reason, I have decided to pursue all legal avenues to seek accountability from the authors and publishers of these defamations. I believe this is the right way to protect not only my dignity and that of my family, but also the reputation of my colleagues and honest professionals who are unjustly mentioned in these publications.
