The former chairman of the DP, Lulzim Basha, started his meetings in secret. Today he held a meeting in Berat with a handful of people.

According to what is reported in the media, there were strong debates during the meeting. The former mayor of Mallakastra, Agron Kapllanaj, addressed Basha, saying that he is a failure and if he plans to return, he will not have their support at all.
