The situation in Vlora after the floods/ Ministry of Defense gives details

The situation in the city of Vlora has improved significantly after the problems caused by the intense rain. All roads are passable by vehicles and pedestrians.

Work is continuing to clean some axles from inerts and remove water from the underground garages of some buildings.

In aid of the municipality of Vlorë, 31 FA officers with 10 means of transport and 8 motor pumps with different capacities have been engaged.

According to the order left at the meeting of the Civil Defense Commission in the Prefecture, local structures have been contacted to identify as soon as possible the flooded area, homes, businesses, state facilities, schools, cultural facilities, health centers, roads, vehicles and any other infrastructure. affected.

In cooperation with the State Reserves, 4.5 tons of foodstuffs, 1.5 tons of water and 200 liters of detergents were sent to the affected residents.
