KLGJ, against Xhafaj/ Refuses to participate in the Special Commission

The High Judicial Council refuses to participate in the Special Commission, headed by Fatmir Xhafaj.

"We are ready for cooperation with this Commission, but not for participation", says the statement of the High Judicial Council.

KLJ is another institution of justice that has refused to participate in the Commission of Fatmir Xhafajt.

Earlier, the ILD, the General Prosecutor's Office, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and SPAK also refused to go.

The justice institutions have blocked the Xhafaj commission, which is proving to be a failure after they refused the request to participate in the meeting.

According to them, they have made known all the problems during the exercise of their duties and they do not see it reasonable to participate in the activity to give an account to the former minister Fatmir Xhafaj, whose commission intends to appeal the institutions of justice and to hinder and control their work./  CNA
