On Tuesday, the Special Court rejected Safet Gjic's request to replace the security measure "arrest in prison". It is known that Gjici requested the change of the security measure, stating that he cannot spoil the evidence. 

Gjici was arrested on June 24 by the Special Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offenses of abuse of office and passive corruption. 

Gjici suffered after the publication of a video scandal where he was filmed having sex in the office with a girl, Alma K., and after the act in the full video, they talk about a tender for animal protection.

Alma K. is under "House Arrest", but earlier in an interview for CNA she stated that she feels abandoned and unprotected by the state.

We recall that Gjici, after the publication of the video, was fired by Prime Minister Edi Rama and then came out for the first time with a reaction on social networks, where he called the publication of the video a trap by his political opponents.
